Today I went looking for a great go to market strategy example and found three, but not where I expected.

A go-to market plan needs to articulate:

– what problem you are trying to solve
– the solution on offer
– its price
– what’s unique about it and how you will position that
difference
– who you will target
– the channels you will use to reach that market
– the tactics you will use to take that offer to that market
